There’s been a lot of buzz about Cube Ent’s upcoming solo singer, G.NA (Gina Choi). After being a leader in a failed girl group under Good Entertainment (with After School’s UEE and Wonder Girls’ Yubin, no less), Choi switched over to JYP/Cube and is known for being in cameos like 2PM‘s mv for “10 out of 10″ and back-up dancing for 4Minute.
After being in the background, Choi now has superstah Rain singing on her debut track “What To Do Once I Have a Lover.” And I hate to tell her, once she has a lover she should NOT sing this song. It’s nice that her debut song isn’t a typical Cube Ent. song, it’s more soft and low-key, but all the baby-boo’s were just……way too cheesy. Her friendster says she’s from Canada so that explains the excellent English.
I have more hope for her single, “I’ll Back Off So You Can Live Better.”
